Jocelyn MacCallum, outB-spoken and occasionally defiant, is not exactly what Connor had expected, but she is exactly what he needs. A hero plagued by guilt and regret and a heroine courageous enough to love him eventually resolve all issues and find happiness and the answer to a tragic mystery in this lusty tale of 14th-century Scotland.
